SANDOVAL, single, from San Juan (Nepomuceno). Groom's parents were VICENTE
MASCARENAS (deceased), and MARIA LUISA JARAMILLO. Bride's parents were MANUEL
SANDOVAL (deceased), and MARIA PRISILIANA GONZALES. The priest was Padre Antonio
Jose Martinez

Five burial records were mistakenly listed among marriage records
for Santa Cruz de La Cañada, from 1726 to 1832. They are in AASF
Roll #30, frame 728. The entries were signed by Fr. Theodoro Alcina.
Burial rites were given to the five on the dates shown.
14 November 1830, JOSE MANUEL PACHECO, having been married to
MARIA JOSEFA MADRIL, residents of La Cañada
(Santa Cruz).
16 November 1830, JUANA, child of PABLO SISNEROS
and YSIDORA ARCHULETA. They were residents of El Ranchito.
18 November 1830, MARIA PAULA CORDOVA, having been married to
JUAN PHELIPE GIRON, residents of Taos.
22 November 1830, JOSE, child of JOSE ANDRES FRESQUIS
and MARIA JOSEFA QUINTANA. They were residents of La Cañada.
25 November, 1830, MARIA ANASTASIA, child of JOSE ANTONIO VALDES
and MARIA JUANA TAFOIA. (No residence was shown).
Notation: "These five entries belong in the book of burials and were
placed here by mistake."
