About the event
Welcome to Albuquerque for Our Conference on Your Ancestors in New Mexico History!
This year's 2-day event will be a great opportunity for conference attendees to share stories, pedigree charts, exchange information and add some history to their pedigrees.
The NMGS Board is committed to ongoing education. People make history and New Mexico is rich with trails, pueblos, land grants, conflicts, and much more. With these changes, over 400+ years ago, comes new cultures, languages and opportunity.
We are also proud to know that many New Mexicans can walk in their ancestor’s footsteps as we have been good preservationists for a very long time. We hope you enjoy connecting your ancestors with some history these next two days and can appreciate of how your ancestors may have lived and what events took place during their lives.
